PLANNIG MY HOLIDAY AT HOME

Qualche mese fa, ebbene si, solo qualche mese fa ho scoperto Pinterest. Con questa scoperta mi si è aperto un portone su un nuovo mondo che definirei speciale dal quale trarre ispirazioni e suggerimenti. Tutti possono accedere a Pinterest, e tutti possono trovare qualcosa di interessante.

Io di cose interessanti ne trovo tutti i giorni. E se oggi scelgo un immagine per ispirarmi domani ne trovo altre venti ancora meglio….

Manca una settimana ancora all’inizio delle mie ferie che trascorrerò perlopiù a casa. Abbiamo tante cose da sistemare che, conoscendo i nostri tempi (o meglio i miei) , so già non ne faremo nemmeno la metà.

Per organizzarci meglio ho deciso di fare una lista che comprenda doveri e piaceri perché di vacanze pur sempre si tratta.

Missing another week at the beginning of my holidays to spend mostly at home. We have many things to fix that, knowing our time (or mine), I know we will not even half.

To organize ourselves better, I decided to make a list that includes the duties and pleasures of holidays because it is still.

Partiremo con il far sistemare la cappa della cucina (che dopo 20 mesi non è ancora funzionante) con tanto di cartongesso.

Sicuramente metterò avanti la produzione di cose nuove per il natale… è per anticiparvi qualcosa ho trovato questa foto….

DIY RECICLING EGGS CARTONS

Reciclare materiale è arte. Bisogna avere inventiva fantasia e originalità. Questo progetto mi piace moltissimo.

Ho messo da parte anche io qualcuno di questi contenitori di carta reciclata. Ho visto in giro per il web alcune idee carine per regalare biscottini, mufffin e cioccolatini impacchettati nelle scatole porta uova.
Spero vi piaccia questa idea....

I also put away some of these recicled paper containers. I have seen around the web some nice ideas for giving cookies, chocolates anc muffints  packed into eggs boxes.

DIY - MARSMALLOW STARS

QUESTE RICETTA MI PIACE UN SACCO.. DEVO PROVARLA QUEST'INVERNO....

Marshmallow Fata Bastoni

Spray per Cottura antiaderente o carta adaf orno

3 (1/4-ounce) pacchetti gelatina insapore

1/2 tazza di acqua fredda

2 tazze di zucchero semolato

2/3 tazza sciroppo di mais

1/4 cucchiaino di sale grosso

Zucchero a velo, setacciato, per il rivestimento

polvere  di  zucchero colorata,
attrezzature:

formine per biscotti a forma di stelle
bastoncini per lecca lecca 

Inumidire un tegame con spry per cottura antiaderente.

Nella ciotola di un mixer elettrico montato con la frusta mettele la gelatina con mezza tazza di acqua fredda e  lasciate riposare per 10 minuti. In una casseruola media unire lo zucchero, lo sciroppo di mais, e 1/4 di acqua (sempre 1/4 della tazza). Posizionare la casseruola a fuoco medio-alto e portare a bollore; bollire rapidamente per 1 minuto. Togliere dal fuoco, e, con il mixer in alto, versare lentamente lo sciroppo bollente nella ciotola del mixer nella miscela di gelatina. Aggiungere il sale e continuare a mescolare per 12 minuti.

Aggiungere l'estratto di vaniglia, mescolare bene. Spruzzarela  spatola di gomma o le mani con spray antiaderente  da cucina. Stendere miscela di gelatina in modo uniforme nella teglia preparata utilizzando una spatola o le mani. Spruzzare un foglio di pellicola trasparente con spray da cucina antiaderenteanche sulla base di marshmallow. Lasciare riposare per 2 ore.

Rimuovere con cautela i marshmallows dalla padella. Rimuovere tutto l' involucro di plastica e gettarlo. Tagliare marshmallows la formina per biscotti a forma di steele anch'esso spruzzato con spray  anitaderente da cucina . Cospargere stelle conpolvere zucchero. Inserire un bastone lecca-lecca in ogni stella.

Marshmallow Fairy Wands

Nonstick cooking spray

3 (1/4-ounce) packages unflavored gelatin

1/2 cup cold water

2 cups granulated sugar

2/3 cup light corn syrup

1/4 teaspoon coarse salt

Confectioners' sugar, sifted, for coating

colored sanding sugar, sprinkles, or edible shimmer dust

equipment:

star cookie cutter

lollipop sticks (available at craft stores)

Lightly spray a 9-by-9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. *YM note: I used 2 (8-in square) baking pans. Line pan with plastic wrap, leaving a 2-inch overhang on all sides; set aside.

 

In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water; let stand for 10 minutes. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and 1/4 cup water. Place saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil; boil rapidly for 1 minute. Remove from heat, and, with the mixer on high, slowly pour the boiling syrup down the side of the mixer bowl into gelatin mixture. Add salt and continue mixing for 12 minutes.

Add vanilla extract; mix until well combined. Spray a rubber spatula or your hands with cooking spray. Spread gelatin mixture evenly into pan using prepared spatula or your hands. Spray a sheet of plastic wrap with cooking spray and place, spray side down, on top of marshmallows. Let stand for 2 hours.

Carefully remove marshmallows from pan. Remove all plastic wrap and discard. Cut marshmallows into stars using a cookie cutter coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle stars with sanding sugar. Insert one lollipop stick into each star.

è proprio vero che con il passare degli anni cambiamo, e cambiano anche i nostri gusti. Il grigio è un colore che mi piace moltissimo ma d’estate non lo indosso mai.

Non sono una guru della moda, non mi vesto seguendo le tendenze del momento , mi vesto in base a come mi sento. Il mio fisico giunonico non mi permette di indossare tante cose, per questo motivo mi piace fantasticare con gli outfi. Oggi vi mostro un adorabile vestitino grigio estivo abbinato al rosa albicocca. Tutto gli accessori colorati danno un tocco speciale al vestito grigio a balze, Voto dieci.

CAMPING

Mai come in questo ultimo mese ho sognato di vivere la vita del campeggio. Sono giorni in cui senti ostile la tua casa, ti senti tradito dalla tua terra, vorrei trasferirti perché non ti senti più a casa. Per ma la casa è sempre statpo il luogo in cui sentirsi al sicuro, un punto fermo, una certezza. In pochi giorni tutto questo è cambiato. e vero

Per sdrammatizzare un pò oggi vi mostro alcune immagini prese da pinterest.

Eccomi qui anche oggi,

piano piano stiamo ritornando alla quotidianità, non senza timori, ma la vita và avanti.

Mi scuso per la qualità scarsa delle foto, ma ho vissuto le ultime settimane a ritmi incessanti. Il corso di fotografia procede, e mi piace moltissimo. La prossima lezione sarà una lezione pratica, e spero di assorbire il più possibile.

We are slowly returning to everyday life, not without fear, but life goes on.

I apologize for the poor quality of the photos, but I have lived the last few weeks to incessant rhythms. The photography course progresses, and I love it. The next lesson will be an object lesson, and I hope to absorb as much as possible.
