Da tempo desideravo una collana lunga da indossare sui maglioncini dolce vita che uso in ufficio. Non ne ho mai trovata una che mi piacesse fino in fondo cosi ho aperto la scatola delle meraviglie che avevo archiviato e ne sono fatta una.

For some time I wanted a long necklace to wear sweaters on sweet life that I use in the office. I've never found one that I liked the way down so I opened the box of wonders that I filed and I made one.

Non èper niente pretenziosa anzi semplice e senza fronzoli, ho scelto un cuore grande e lisciocome charm.

  Not eto nothing pretentious indeed simple, no frills, I chose a big heart and lisciocome charm. Today I wear a gray sweater .... And we met ... The small firm personal satisfaction I like a lot, are the vitamins that I often lack self-esteem.

Oggi lo indosso su un maglioncino grigio…. E ne sodo soddisfatta… Le piccole soddisfazioni personali mi piacciono un sacco, sono vitamine per l’autostima che spesso mi manca.

Hello girls,

oggi vi mostro un’altro dettaglio del nostro appartamento: gli umidificatori per termosifoni.

Vi sembrerà molto scontata come scelta quella di mettere l’umidificatore sul termosifone a forma di cuore ma come tutte le vere e proprie manie  è un meccanismo  incontrollabile quello di non potervi rinunciare. Quando vedo un oggetto a forma di cuore, anche i miei occhi si trasformano a forma di cuore…

Vidi questi umidificatori circa due anni fa da una ragazza che lavora la ceramica, lei li decora pitturandoli a mano, e chiunque può farli fare secondo i propri gusti e io me ne sono innamorata all’istante. Ho scelto di farli bianchi senza alcun disegno proprio perché non fossero troppo invadenti. So che quando avrò le tende verranno coperti e quindi nessuno li vedrà, compresa me, però li ho presi lo stesso…. Ho assecondato un desiderio e non una vera e propria necessità .

I saw these humidifiers about two years ago by a girl who works ceramics, she decorates them painted by hand, and anyone can do them according to their own tastes and I fell in love instantly. I chose to make them white with no pattern because they were not too intrusive. I know when I have the curtains will be covered, so no one will see them, including me, but I took them the same .... I indulged a desire, not a real necessity even if they are useful.

NEW YOURK DECEMBRE 2010 (ULTIMA PARTE)

Dopo aver eseguito tutti gli itinerari della nostra guida, abbiamo tenuto disponibilit gli ultimi giorni per ritornare nei posti che volevamo rivedere. È inutile dire che tra questi c’era il secondo giro di shopping quindi MACY’S store e CENTRAL PARK.


Macy’s, sette piani grandi come un isolato pieni di negozi, un openspace enorme dove ci si perde.



After making all the routes of our guide, we have managed the last day to return to places we wanted to see again. Needless to say that among them was the second shopping trip and then store MACY'S  and CENTRAL PARK.


Macy's, seven planes as large as a block full of shops, a huge open space where you can lost in.

In mezzo ai grattacieli ci sono dei piccoli giardinetti nei quali abitano  gli scoiattoli e come se nulla fosse, ti si avvicinano per mangiare... sono adorabili!!!!

Amid the skyscrapers there are small gardens where lives squirrels and as if nothing had happened, we are approaching to eat ... are adorable!!

Finisce qui il viaggio a New York, resterà un meraviglioso ricordo nel nostro cuore, spero di avervi trasmesso la bellezza e la grandezza di ciò che ho visto.

NEW YORK DECEMBRE 2010 (3° PARTE)

Buongiorno a tutte.

Eccomi di nuovo con altre foto del viaggio di nozze. Oggi è l’ultimo giorno, credo sia meglio non esagerare, ritenevo giusto mostrarvele, anche se in ritardo, perché un anno fa ho ricevuto tanti messaggi in cui mi si chiedeva di pubblicarle. Meglio tardi che mai!!

Good morning to all.

Here I am again with more photos of the honeymoon. Today is the last day, I think it's best not to overdo it, I thought we should show, even if late, because a year ago, I received many messages asking me to publish them. Better late than never!

È arrivato il momento farvi vedere che razza di vetrine ho visto, roba da restare a bocca aperta per dieci minuti. Io così grandi e belle non le avevo mai viste. Ragazze! La maggior parte sono vetrine animate, da bambole e pupazzi ma si muovono!!! Addirittura ne sono alcune che cambiano ambientazione mentre le guardi…. Mi sentivo nel paese dei balocchi.

Inutile dire che ci sono negozio ovunque, la 5° strada è il regno delle boutique. Boutique nelle quali si può entrare senza essere malamente cacciati fuori e dove ci si lustra gli occhi.

In tutti i negozi in cui sono entrata ho notato molta educazione e nessun commesso sgarbato o nervoso(in italia non è sempre cosi…). Ti lasciano libera di guardare senza opprimerti con mille domande.

Il secondo giorno della nostra permanenza, siamo rientrati in albergo dopo aver speso più della metà del budjet pianificato.

It's time to show you what kind of windows I've seen, stuff to gape for ten minutes. I am so big and beautiful I had never seen. Girls! Most windows are animated, dolls and puppets, but to move! Indeed there are some changing environment while watching them .... I felt in Toyland.

Needless to say, there are shops everywhere, the 5 th street is the realm of boutique. Shop where you can enter without being thrown out badly and where you shine your eyes.

In all the stores I entered I noticed a lot of education and made no rude or nervous (in Italy is not always so ...). Leave you free to look without overwhelming a thousand questions.

The second day of our stay, we returned to the hotel after having spent more than half of the planned budjet

NEW YORK DICEMBRE 2010 (2°parte)

Durante questo viaggio abbiamo scattato all’incirca 1100 fotografie. Avremmo voluto immortalare ogni singolo attimo, ogni via, ogni incrocio, ogni personaggio strano che ci passava accanto, per poter fermare il tempo e il ricordo. Siamo stati costretti a cercare una memoria nuova per la macchina fotografica perché quella che avevamo si è riempita dopo i primi 5 giorni.

Nonostante i tanti scatti fotografici fatti, abbiamo lasciato là qualcosa di quel luogo, un pò con l’amarezza di non essere riusciti a catturarlo un pò con la speranza e il desiderio di ritornarci.

During this trip we took around 1100 photographs. We wanted to capture every moment, every street, every intersection, every character was passing strange that, in order to stop time and memory. We were forced to seek a new memory for the camera because the one we had was filled after the first 5 days.

Despite the many photographs made, we left something beyond that place, a bit with the bitterness of not being able to capture a bit with the hope and the desire to return.

Molti giovani sposi scelgono NY come meta del loro viaggio, forse non nel periodo in cui siamo andati noi. NY resta sempre e comunque una meravigliosa metropoli da vedere.
